History |
|
The Augsburg Memorial Scholarship was named for Fred and Susan Augsburg by the members of the ASMC Aviation Chapter as a lasting beneficial memorial to their friends. The couple were vibrant, outgoing, fun-loving individuals, and true professionals in their jobs. Tragically, in February 1987, they were killed in a traffic accident in Lexington, Kentucky. A drunk driver crossed the centerline and struck Fred & Susan while they were jogging. Both died from their injuries. |
